Q) How do I take a distribution from ASAP?
A) Retiree casuals may take a distribution if they are over 59 ½ by requesting and completing an ASAP distribution form. The form must be returned to Fidelity Investments Tax Exempt Services Corp. If you terminate from casual employment and the value of your account is less than $5,000, you are required to receive a full distribution of funds.

Q) Who manages the money in ASAP?
A) You do, through Fidelity.

Q) How do I change my beneficiary for ASAP?
A) You may contact Fidelity to change your beneficiary designation at (800) 343-0860 or through Fidelity's website.
